Our first step is to get to know you, the client – What are the organisational goals which are driving your need for resource? What about the need makes it necessary to seek resources outside the business? What are the key skills (both technical and soft skills) that will enable a person to thrive in your organisation?
Our Screening
We primarily leverage our network, and we only work with people we trust. So by the time a candidate summary has reached your inbox, they have filtered through a quality control system aimed to encourage peak performers and ‘people-people’.
Our Selection
If we do need to go outside our immediate network, we only put forward candidates who match the criteria and meet the ‘pub test’. If we wouldn’t work with somebody, we wouldn’t expect your staff to.
