We become experts in the topic at hand. Our Business Analysts break down the topic to core components and each of those components to their fundamental activity or skill.
We also seek to understand the audience; who are we aiming to target the training at, what is the current state of knowledge and what is the desired state.

We then go about creating training from the ground up, creating units of competency by which can measure and monitor achievable learning taking place.
